提交申请

申请人登录海南大学国际学生在线服务系统https://hainanu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx,按要求

填写信息,上传规定的申请材料,并缴纳报名费。

材料审查

海南大学对申请人提交的申请材料进行审核,向被录取的申请人发放电子版《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。

办理签证

申请人持本人有效普通护照、电子版《录取通知书》、电子版《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》以及《外国人体格检查表》等材料到中国驻申请者所在国使(领)馆办理来华学习签证。

报到注册

申请人持上述材料,按《录取通知书》规定的时间办理入学报到手续。因故不能按期入学报到者,应提前请假,获准后方可延期入学,否则将取消其入学资格。



APPLICATION PROCESS

Application Submission

The applicant should log in to the International Student Online Service System at https://hainanu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx, fill in the information as required, upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

Qualification Verification

The university will review the materials submitted by the applicants and issues digital Letter of Admission and Visa Application Form for Study in China to the admitted applicants.

Visa Application

Admitted students should take their Passport, the digital Letter of Admission, Visa application form for Study in China, the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and other required documents to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country to apply for a Student (X1 or X2) visa.

Registration

Admitted students should register within the registration period mentioned in the Letter of Admission. Exceptions can be made to students who have informed the University of extenuating circumstances and have been granted permission for delay.

1.提交申请材料的同时缴纳报名费,无论是否录取,报名费不予退还。

2.申请者应保证所提供的申请信息及申请材料的真实与准确。凡申请材料弄虚作假者,一经发现,将被取消入学资格。


Application Description:

1. The registration fee shall be paid at the same time as submitting the application materials, and shall not be refunded regardless of admission.

2. The applicant shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the application information and materials provided. Anyone who falsifies application materials will have their admission qualification revoked once discovered.
