Warm Tips for Medical Exam

准备材料并按规定时间体检 Documents and do physical examination on time：

1、本人护照Passport；

2、护照首页复印件1张，签证页1张（含入境章） 1 copy of passport first page and

1 copy of the latest visa page；

3、2张护照大小彩照 2 passport-sized photos；

4、体检费用，目前是大约人民币500元。About RMB 500 yuan. (可用支付宝、微信和刷卡支付，不可以用现金支付）。

工作时间Working Time：

每周一到周五上午8：00-10：30    8：00-10：30 every Monday to Friday

乘车路线Bus Route：

1、海南大学北门（过天桥）乘坐54路，到海口中学站换乘37或28路，到西秀海滩站下车，对面金滩路内进200米即到。

 To take a No.54 bus on the opposite way of Hainan University North Gate, then to change a  No.37 or No.28 bus on the Haikou middle school Station, finally to get off on the Xixiuhaitan Station. The Healthcare Centre of Hainan International Travel is 200 meters far away from the Jintan Road station.

2、海南大学北门（过天桥）乘坐旅游6线到西秀海滩站下车，对面金滩路内进200米即到。

To take a Tourist Bus No.6 on the opposite way of Hainan University North Gate，and get off on the xixiuhaitan Station.The Healthcare Centre of Hainan International Travel is 200 meters far away from the Jintan Road station. 

 温馨提示Warm Tips：

1、体检前一天晚上10:00后到体检前要空腹，不喝水、饮料、牛奶、酒，不吃食物、药品等。

  You’d better do not have water, milk, vehicle, food or medicine before the medical exam.  

2、体检结果报告包括一张A4纸的报告单和一个红色小本《健康检查证明书》。办理居留许可时，公安局出入境签证科会接收报告单，《健康检查证明书》由自己妥善保管。

  The reports consists of an A4 paper report and a small red book. The The Exit and Entry Division of Haikou Municipal Security Bureau will take the paper report. And you should keep the red book.
