To enhance the brand of “Study@HNU”, the School of International Education hereby launches the recruitment to all international students and alumni as “Admission Ambassadors” of the 2026-2027 academic year. We look forward to hearing about your experiences and stories to attract more outstanding international students to join us! The recruitment information is as follows:
一、招募对象 Who can apply
全体在校国际学生和毕业校友。
All current international students and international alumni.
二、招募条件 Eligibility
1. 熟悉校情，热爱在中国和海南大学的学习与生活；
To be familiar with HNU and love your study and life in China and HNU;
2. 在校期间表现优异，无违纪违规记录；
To demonstrate outstanding performance during school years, with no record of violating rules or regulations;
3. 对招生工作有热情，愿意投入时间和精力，为学校吸引更多优秀国际学生；
To possess a strong enthusiasm for participating in admission promotion activities;
4.与母校的师生保持良好的沟通，确保在寒假期间能入校开展宣传活动或线上招生宣讲；
To maintain effective communication with faculty and students at your alma mater to ensure the ability to conduct on-campus promotional activities or online admissions presentations during the winter holiday;
5. 具备一定的文本撰写、新媒体制作、图片及视频处理技能，以及社交媒体推广能力；
To have skills in new media production, image and video processing, as well as social media promotion;
6.具有良好的团队合作精神，能够与其他招生大使紧密协作，共同完成招生任务。
To have a good team spirit and be able to work closely with other admission ambassadors to complete the admission task together.
三、工作内容 Responsibilities
1.参加我校各类国际学生招生宣传活动；
To participate in HNU online/offline admission presentations and promotional activities;
2.利用个人社交媒体账号或本国主流社交媒体网络平台推送我校招生信息和自媒体素材；
To advertise HNU admission information and media materials on your personal social media or mainstream social media platforms;
3.协助制作和翻译图片、海报、短视频等宣传物料；
To assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, photos, short videos, etc;
4.在校期间协助接待海外来访团组；
During the study at school, assist in receiving overseas visiting groups from home country;
5.其他招生相关工作。
Other activities related to admission promotion.
四、选拔流程 Process and Timeline
1. 报名 Application
感兴趣的国际学生可以个人或组队的方式报名，一个队伍不超过3人。请即日起至2025年12月9日下午5点扫描下方二维码加入群。
International students may apply individually or in teams, with a maximum of 3 members per team.Please scan the QR code and enter “Admission ambassador” before 5pm, December 9, 2025.
2.选拔、聘任和培训 Selection，Appointment and Training
我们将对报名学生进行选拔，通过者将获得海南大学“来华留学生招生宣传大使”的称号。还将对来华留学生招生宣传大使进行相关培训和指导。
Students` applications will be reviewed, and those who pass the review will be awarded the title and certificate of “Admission Ambassador”. We will provide the necessary training and guidance to the selected ambassadors.
五、总结与表彰 Summary and Commendation
1.大使工作任期为一学年，任期结束后提交《招生大使工作报告》和支撑材料（相关工作的图片、视频或截图）。
The term of Admission Ambassadors is one academic year. After the end of the term, ambassadors are required to submit an “Admission Ambassador Work Report” and supporting materials (related word pictures, videos, or screenshots).
2.国际教育学院对宣传工作进行评比，对优秀团队和个人予以奖励。届时将评选优秀国际学生宣传大使。
The School of International Education will evaluate Ambassadors. Those who perform well will receive a reward. “Admission Ambassadors of the Year” will be selected.
